Technosolutionism

When stumbling upon a new societal challenge there is widespread belief and determination that digital technology should be used to solve it. This dogma is quick to dismiss non-digital suggestions. Ingrained in technosolutionsm is of course a deep conviction that technology can solve problems but also often a glaring disregard for technology's ability to create problems.
